No Pants?

I know this picture is very similar to one I posted not too long ago. But this one has a new story! Ryan has decided that he would prefer to sleep with no pants. I came in to get him when he woke up from his morning nap, and apparently, he had taken off his pants and thrown them on the ground. This is a new trick and he hasn't done it before, so I wondered, does he really prefer to sleep with no pants?! So when I went to get him from his afternoon nap and he had taken off his pants again, I decided that this must be his preference! This boy lives for comfort! Now I need to install a spycam (Sarah, can you help me out with this one?) to see how exactly he is doing this.

Aprons

Mom, don't read this.

I am looking for a cute apron to give my mom for her birthday. I don't have time to buy online and ship, so does anyone know of a store that sells cute aprons?

I am thinking something like this:

Easter

Here are some pictures from Easter. We got a few before church and even made it on time! An Easter Miracle!! The kids were sick (whose aren't right now?) so they only stayed for Sacrament Meeting. Jane was so sad to miss nursery, but was happy after a good long nap! We had my family over for dinner and then had an Easter Egg hunt after. It was a good Easter for the most part. We did have some sad news that my Uncle died yesterday. But thankfully the knowledge of our Heavenly Father's plan for us brings me comfort for him and his family.

We have video

This is better than nothing . . . enjoy.

Never Stop Failing

We went to BYU's Guitars Unplugged last night to hear my brother Jeff's band, Never Stop Failing. They were actually really good! After they played people kept coming up to them and asking where they can hear more of them. I took some video footage, but wouldn't you know it, I ran out of battery. When does that not happen? Anyways, I'll work on uploading the 20 seconds I got. I am so proud of my little bro! Oh, he's the one in the neon yellow jacket. Flashy!

New Paint . . . Maybe

I would really like to paint the house this summer. I know what you're thinking, why replace a beautiful shade of mint green? It is nice to live in the only green house in the neighborhood. I can always say I live in the green house and everybody knows what I'm talking about. But, I think it's time for a change. Who knows if this will even happen because as you can probably also see, the shingles need to be replaced soon too. My question is this - What Color?! The brick has some orangey tints to it, so I need something to compliment it. And every other house I know is painted the color of our garage door, so I am inclined to do something different. I am taking any and all suggestions, the sky is the limit, please help me!

What the?

Last week I came into Ryan's room to find my cute little baby standing up! And yes, he is very proud of himself! He wakes up much happier now with his newfound skill. Since then, he's been pulling himself up on the couch, any small tables or toys, or on Jane! I just can't believe that he's turning into a toddler and not as much a baby. It's sad, but so fun!

Jump On It

Over the weekend we went to Jump On It with some friends. It was a lot of fun. Jane was scared to do any of it at first, but after her friend Mia got there and showed her the ropes, she loved it. I thought it was a place more for older kids, but they have a trampoline section and a bunch of bounce houses for kids 4 ft. and under. The whole experience produced some fun crazy hair pics! This would be a great party place!

Gooooooooooooooo Cougars!

About a half hour before the BYU basketball game started, Jeff was offered court side tickets to the game! We hurried and got the kids decked out in BYU gear, put BYU bows in Jane's hair, then after a lot of screaming took BYU bows out of Jane's hair, and left for the game. The kids (as did we) loved being so close to the action. But anytime Cosmo appeared on the court Jane went in to freak-out mode. She would scream, shake and hold onto Jeff's neck with her nails digging in! It was just as bad as Santa, only it happened frequently through the night! As you can see, Ryan could care less who's holding him, even if it is a giant stuffed animal! The best part about the night, besides the win, was the cheerleader's half time show. Everyone knows how much I love to see others trip or fall down. Well, in this performance I think I saw everyone of them fall or land on their head at least once! I was laughing so hard when it happened the first time, and then it happened again and again and again! It looked like a SNL skit! I did feel kinda bad for them, but don't worry, none of them got seriously hurt.
